 | Patsy Cesare - Director of Communications Patsy Cesare and her husband Matt have been partners at Joy for 2 years. They were looking for a church that not only gave them an opportunity to worship and grow, but to be a part of a loving community. Patsy feels they have found that at Joy. Patsy is a Director with Tupperware and works from home while helping raise her 3 children. Patsy also serves as the Director of Communications at Joy and helps lead music for Sunday School.  | Jeff Thaxton - Elder/Pastor Jeff came to Joy after moving to St. Charles County because of his work as an IT Architect. He has served several churches in Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio as a pastor, youth pastor and worship leader. Educated at Kentucky Christian University, Jeff feels blessed to serve at a Christ Centered, outreach oriented fellowship where Jesus is Lord, worship is real and relevant, the power of the Holy Spirit is evident and sharing the radical love of Jesus is paramount. He invites everyone to join him at Joy, a different kind of church. |
 | Dave Humphrys - Elder/Hospitality Dave is married to Peggy and they have 4 grown children and 3 grandchildren. They found Joy through Peggy's hair dresser Lou Ann Waring, as many others have been introduced through her. Dave has a gift for hospitality and connecting with people.  | Sandi Dixon - Elder Sandi is married to Gary Dixon, one of the youth leaders at Joy. She is a mother of two and a grandmother of four. Professionally, Sandi has been a legal secretary for more than 25 years. Gary and Sandy came to Joy in the spring of 2007 because her sister, Karen Sumner, invited them. They think this is a great place to serve the Lord! They have made many new friends since coming to Joy and says that joining a small group really helped them get in the “groove” of a new church home – extremely helpful when everything and everyone is new to you.  | Glenn Lodge - Elder/Men's Ministry Glenn and Debbie Lodge became partners with Joy about 5 years ago. Glenn co-leads the Joy Men's Ministry with Bill Helt and is a leader in the weekly Men's Bible Study Group. Debbie teaches Sunday School at Joy. Glenn and Debbie have 4 children and 2 grand children.
