David came from Hannover Pennsylvania and has been Senior pastor at Joy for 12 years. He is the Husband of Cathy and the Father of 3 kids, Anthony, Alyssa and Amanda. David loves to golf, eat chicken wings and collect baseball cards. |

Dave Humphrys Dave and is married to Peggy and they have 4 grown children and 3 grandchildren. They found Joy through Peggy's hair dresser Lou Ann Waring, as many others have been introduced through her. Dave has a gift for hospitality and connecting with people. Dave and Peggy have been Partners of Joy for over 6 years now. |

Scott Bowles - Worship Leader Scott has been serving Joy for 12 years as Worship Leader. He has been married to Sandy for 13 years and has two kids, Devon and Alison. Scott loves to play computer games and is addicted to chocolate.

Sandi Dixon Sandi is married to Gary Dixon, one of the youth leaders at Joy. She is a mother of two and a grandmother of four. Professionally, Sandi has been a legal secretary for more than 25 years. Gary and Sandy came to Joy in the spring of 2007 because her sister, Karen Sumner, invited them. They think this is a great place to serve the Lord! They have made many new friends since coming to Joy and says that joining a small group really helped them get in the “groove” of a new church home – extremely helpful when everything and everyone is new to you. |

Paul Crandall Paul was introduced to Joy 5 years ago and has served on the Elder staff for the last 3. He has a passion for music, the outdoors and gets very excited about the different avenues in which Joy connects the community he lives in with Christ. Paul has been married to his wife Shannon for 9 years and they have three children, PJ, Donovan and Amelia. |

Don Moorman Don, a native of Indiana, graduated from Concordia Seminary in 1969 and served in ministry at 6 different churches in Arizona and California. Don retired from the ministry in 2005 and he and his wife, Jean, moved to St. Charles Co. They were looking for a church centered on outreach, contemporary in outlook and open to the guidance of the Holy Spirit. One visit to Joy and they decided this was the church they were looking for. Don and Jean have been married since 1989 and between them have five children--three in CA. and 2 in St. Charles Co.--and 7 grandchildren--4 in St. Charles Co. and 3 in CA. Don has had a lifelong love affair with basketball and even with a messed up left knee still tries to take time to shoot baskets several times a week. |
